These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the gi222 platform by all registered players in Bangladesh. Please read this document carefully before creating an account or placing any bets. By accessing gi222, you agree to be bound by these terms in their entirety.

1. Definitions
The following definitions apply throughout these Terms & Conditions. Where the context permits, the singular includes the plural and vice versa.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction
To be eligible to register and use the gi222 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the life of your Account:
- You are at least 18 years of age.
- You are a natural person — corporate entities and automated agents may not register as Players.
- You are registering and accessing the Platform from Bangladesh or another jurisdiction in which online betting is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law.
- You are not already the holder of another gi222 Account. Only one Account per person is permitted.
- You have not previously had an Account suspended or closed by gi222 for breach of these Terms & Conditions.
- You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
- You are not on any self-exclusion register or list maintained by gi222 or any affiliated responsible gaming programme.
gi222 employs age and identity verification measures during the registration process. Additional KYC documentation — including a national ID card (NID), passport, or birth certificate — may be requested at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account restrictions or closure.
If it is discovered at any point that a Player has provided false information to circumvent age or identity checks, gi222 will immediately close the account, void all wagers placed, and forfeit any remaining balance in accordance with applicable fraud prevention policies.
3. Account Registration & Security
Registration on gi222 is free. To create an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh. You are required to keep this information updated at all times. gi222 reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend an Account if the information provided is found to be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading.
One Account per Player. Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one Account on gi222. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, the same device, or the same payment method — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
Account Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any security PIN associated with your gi222 Account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have notified gi222 of unauthorised access in writing at the earliest opportunity.
Security Best Practices. gi222 recommends that Players:
- Use a strong, unique password not used on any other platform.
- Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available in account settings.
- Log out of your Account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
- Never respond to unsolicited communications requesting your password — gi222 will never ask for your password via live chat, email, or phone.
- Contact gi222 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
Account Verification. Before processing a Player's first withdrawal, gi222 may require completion of a KYC verification process. This involves submitting a copy of a government-issued photo identification document and, where applicable, proof of address and proof of the payment method used. Verification documents are processed securely and are subject to gi222's Privacy Policy.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on gi222 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). gi222 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.
Deposits. The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits are credited to a Player's Account balance in real time upon successful payment confirmation from the relevant payment provider. gi222 does not charge any processing fee on deposits; however, individual payment providers may apply their own transaction charges at their discretion.
Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:
- A minimum withdrawal amount of ৳1,000 per transaction applies.
- Withdrawals may only be made to payment accounts that are registered in the same name as the gi222 Account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
- Players must have completed KYC verification before their first withdrawal is processed.
- Any active bonus balance must satisfy its associated wagering requirements before a withdrawal can be initiated.
- gi222 targets processing of approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours on business days. During peak periods or where additional verification is required, processing may take up to 72 hours.
Declined Transactions. gi222 reserves the right to decline or reverse any transaction where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms & Conditions. In such cases, the Player will be notified and may be required to provide additional documentation.
Currency. All balances, bets, bonuses, and winnings are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). If you access the Platform from a location where a different currency is standard, gi222 does not bear responsibility for any losses resulting from currency conversion by your bank or payment provider.
5. Betting Rules & Game Play
By placing a bet or participating in any game on gi222, you confirm that you understand and accept the specific rules applicable to that market, game, or event. Specific game rules are accessible within each game or betting market on the Platform and form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference.
Sports Betting. All sports betting markets on gi222 — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events), football, badminton, and kabaddi — are subject to the following general rules:
- A bet is confirmed only when gi222 issues a written bet confirmation and the stake has been deducted from the Player's Account balance.
- Pre-match bets are accepted up to the start time of the relevant event. In-play bets are accepted only while the relevant in-play market is open.
- In the event of an event being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before the minimum qualifying time has elapsed, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to the Player's Account.
- gi222 reserves the right to suspend any betting market at any time without notice. In-play bets already placed prior to suspension will stand.
- Palpable errors in odds — for example, odds that are manifestly incorrect due to a technical fault — will be voided by gi222 regardless of whether bets were accepted at those odds. Stakes will be returned in full.
- Maximum bet limits apply to individual markets and are displayed within the relevant market on the Platform. gi222 reserves the right to adjust individual Player bet limits at its discretion.
Casino & Slot Games. All casino games and slot titles on gi222 operate under the rules set by their respective game providers — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. gi222 certifies that all slot games operate on independently tested random number generators. Live casino outcomes are determined by physical equipment (cards, wheels, dice) managed by professional dealers in a controlled studio environment.
Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet or game, the records held by gi222's system shall be the primary reference point. If a Player believes an error has occurred, they must contact gi222 support within 30 days of the relevant event or transaction. gi222 will review the matter and issue a written decision. The decision of gi222 on any dispute shall be final.
6. Bonuses & Promotions
gi222 offers a range of bonuses and promotional campaigns to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to local events such as BPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific promotion terms published alongside each offer.
- Eligibility. Bonuses are available only to Players who have completed registration and satisfied any eligibility criteria stated in the specific promotion terms. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonuses are available to one account per Player, per household, per device, and per payment method.
- Wagering Requirements. All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated validity period will result in the bonus balance being removed from the Player's Account.
- Maximum Withdrawal. Some bonus offers carry a cap on the maximum amount that may be withdrawn as a result of bonus play. Where such a cap applies, it will be clearly stated in the individual promotion terms.
- Game Contributions. Not all games contribute equally toward fulfilling wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino and table games may contribute at a lower rate as specified in the promotion terms.
- Abuse. gi222 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus or winnings derived from bonus funds where it determines, in its sole discretion, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine engagement, use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or exploitation of any error in the promotion terms.
- Modification. gi222 reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or cancel any promotion at any time. Material changes to an active promotion will be communicated to Players via the Platform.
7. Prohibited Conduct
Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities on or in connection with the gi222 Platform:
- Registering more than one Account or allowing another person to use your Account.
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
- Using any automated software, bot, script, spider, or other tool to access, scrape, or interact with the Platform without express written authorisation from gi222.
- Engaging in match fixing, spot fixing, or any other form of sports corruption in connection with bets placed on gi222.
- Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or misconfigured odds to gain an unfair advantage.
- Engaging in collusion with other Players or with any gi222 employee.
- Using funds of illegal origin to fund your Account — including any funds associated with money laundering, tax evasion, or proceeds of crime.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing any gi222 staff member or other Platform user through any communication channel.
- Attempting to circumvent any responsible gaming restriction, including self-exclusion, that has been applied to your Account or to any account you hold.
- Accessing the Platform for the benefit of or on behalf of any person located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
gi222 employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is identified, gi222 reserves the right to suspend the Account, freeze the balance pending investigation, void any affected bets, and permanently close the Account without prior notice to the Player.
8. Account Suspension & Closure
Closure by the Player. Any Player may close their gi222 Account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected] with a written request. Before the Account is closed, all pending bets will be settled in accordance with their outcomes and any withdrawable balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
Suspension or Closure by gi222. gi222 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a Player's Account at its sole discretion in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period after being requested to do so.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or illegal conduct.
- Engagement in prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
- A Player's request for self-exclusion or a referral from a responsible gaming programme.
- A court order, regulatory direction, or legal obligation requiring gi222 to restrict access to the Account.
Effect of Closure. Upon account closure by gi222 for cause (i.e., breach of these Terms & Conditions), gi222 may, in its discretion, forfeit the entire Account balance including any deposits made during the period of misconduct. Where closure is initiated for regulatory or compliance reasons unrelated to Player misconduct, any withdrawable balance at the time of closure will be returned to the Player.
Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to take a break from gambling are encouraged to use gi222's self-exclusion tools available in Account Settings. Self-exclusion periods of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or indefinite duration are available. During a self-exclusion period, the Account will be locked and re-registration attempts will be blocked. 9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gi222 shall not be liable to any Player for:
- Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or opportunity arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform.
- Any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive losses, whether or not gi222 had been advised of the possibility of such losses.
- Any technical fault, service interruption, communication failure, or data loss that affects the Platform's availability or the outcome of a bet or game, where such event is outside gi222's reasonable control.
- Any loss resulting from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their Account credentials.
- Any decision made by a Player in reliance on information, statistics, or content published on the Platform that does not constitute a binding commitment by gi222.
Where gi222's liability cannot be excluded by law, gi222's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit gi222's liability for death or personal injury caused by gi222's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by gi222, to the extent such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
10. Amendments to These Terms
gi222 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on the Platform with a revised effective date. Where a change is material — for example, a change that affects Players' rights in a significant way — gi222 will provide advance notice of at least 14 days before the change takes effect, either by email to the address registered on the Player's Account or by a prominent notice on the Platform.
Continued use of the gi222 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. Players who do not agree with any material change are entitled to close their Account prior to the effective date of the change and withdraw any withdrawable balance, as described in Section 8.

Governing Language. These Terms & Conditions are published in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
Severability. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a court or other authority of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable in any respect, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of these Terms & Conditions, which shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
